New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association (NJLCA)
The New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association (NJLCA) is gearing up to host its 37th Annual Landscape New Jersey Trade Show and Conference. After decades working with one management company, NJLCA decided it was time for a change. Based on a recommendation, they contacted Raspberry Communications.

Raspberry worked closely with NJLCA to learn the industry, foster relationships with its exhibitors and formulate strategies to help NJLCA reach its goals for future shows. Helping to rejuvenate this long running conference, Raspberry implemented such successful tactics as:

• A streamlined floor plan with greater visibility, improved traffic flow and an increase in booth revenue (ROI)
• A new, easier process to reserve booth space
• eContracts that could be completed and submitted online

The new reservation process and eContracts eliminated the hassles and frustrations of previous years. Exhibitors loved the new exhibit floor and began reserving their spaces for the next year within a week of the show. Coincidence? Hardly. NJLCA was thrilled with the outcome and plans to continue its partnership with Raspberry Communications as its management company.
