Jill Sibert
Experienced with multinational corporations as well as international events, Jill Sibert has handled all facets of exhibitor and event management across numerous industries. Recognized as an expert in the field, Jill has served as a steering committee member, exhibits chair, arrangements and marketing vice chair as well as the 2007 General Chair for the International Test Conference (ITC), the premier global test technology conference.

In 2006, she was named to the Golden Core of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Computer Society. Created by the IEEE Board of Governors in 1996, this distinction is bestowed on select individuals each year, serving as a permanent roster of the principal contributors to the IEEE’s success.

Judy Tonkin
Judy Tonkin has nearly two decades of experience in the development, marketing and implementation of broad-based programs for the pharmaceutical industry. From small advisory board meetings to symposia that draw thousands of attendees, she has successfully managed both accredited educational (CME, CE) and promotional events worldwide.

As co-owner of Raspberry Communications, Judy has managed the trade show presence for individual companies, entire trade show and conference planning, grand opening events and much more. Judy currently serves as a volunteer recruiter for the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has served as the director of meeting services and vice president of member services for the North Central Jersey chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-NCJ). She is also active in wildlife rehabilitation and conservation efforts through Antler Ridge Wildlife Wildlife Santuary, Newton, NJ.
